Jaideep Krishna – Managing Partner

Prior to end 2009, Jaideep was a Managing Director at D.B. Zwirn Asia, joining in May 2006 and based in Hong Kong and headed the firm’s investment activity in Asia Pacific. Since January 2005 he worked as a Partner and Head of Special Situations Group at Actis Capital in London. From 1998 – 2003 he was a Managing Director for Cerberus Capital Management in Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, China and SE Asia. Prior to that he held various senior positions at Peregrine Fixed Income in Hong Kong, including Head of Credit Research and Originations. Prior to that he was a Risk Manager at Citigroup Hong Kong and worked at HSBC in Hong Kong & India in various risk management, credit and operation management roles.

Jaideep has a BA Economics from the Sriram College of Commerce in New Delhi and MA in Management Studies (Finance and Marketing) from the University of Bombay.

Hash S. Dave – Managing Director

Hash was a Director in the Asian team at D.B. Zwirn Asia in Hong Kong from June 2006. Prior to that, he was an Investment Principal in the Special Situations Group at Actis Capital in London. He has also worked in corporate finance at KPMG Corporate Finance, trading at PRICOA Capital and began his career as a fixed income salesman at Peregrine Fixed Income in London.

Hash has a BSc Economics from the London School of Economics and MSc Finance from the London Business School.

Mr. Hyun Jae Choi - Senior Advisor

Hyun Jae (“HJ”) domiciled in Seoul, South Korea, established “Reliable” in 2007 as a boutique corporate finance advisory firm, and in 2012 incorporated Euro Asset Investment Management Co. Ltd., as the licensed Options Trading entity. Euro Asset Management is today Korea's largest derivatives trading company, and has consistently delivered results in excess of 10% per annum.

Prior to 2007, HJ was President and Country Representative of GE Commercial Finance, where he managed and asset book of over US$1billion. From 1999 to 2003, HJ was President and Country Representative of Cerberus Capital Korea, a major US based private equity and buy-out fund, where he was responsible for acquisition of special assets with face value in excess of US$1.5billion, and acquisition of Chohung Bank and the Fila Group. Prior to 1999, he was Head of Corporate Finance Group at ABN Amro Bank N.A., managing a credit book in excess of US$1.2billion. During the period 1982 to 1996, HJ held numerous management roles at Chase Manhattan Bank N.A., including Chief Executive Relationship Management.

HJ has a BA Economics from Sogang University, Korea (1982), and Masters in Business Administration Sogang University, Korea (1989).
